The Client is responsible for opening and inspecting the package on the day of delivery to ensure the Equipment is functioning properly.

Any issues must be reported to The Other Line (TOL) immediately to allow time for troubleshooting or replacement.
Return Shipping
-
The Client must ship the audio guestbook back to the return address provided by TOL within 1–2 business days after the event date.
-
The Client must use the prepaid return label (if provided) or follow TOL’s shipping instructions to ensure timely and secure return of the Equipment.

Proper packaging is required to prevent damage during transit; any damage due to improper packing may result in additional fees.
Late Return Fees
-
Failure to return the audio guestbook within the required 1–2 business day window will result in a $30 per-day late fee, charged to the card on file.
-
All late fees and outstanding charges must be paid before TOL will release any audio files from the Client’s event.
